How we work

Finding a new job is a daunting task for most people. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible. The better we know you, the more successfully we are able to place you where you will be happy and appreciated.

It is for this reason that we insist on a face to face interview at our Geneva Office as unlike other agencies we do not find that Skype interviews are personal enough.

Using a specialist nanny agency is the best way of finding the right job as this allows us to give you the continuity of care pre and post placement.

Most importantly we will listen to you and are mindful of your requirements.  We're a small agency so when you call us you will recognise a friendly and familiar voice on the end of the phone.

We never put any pressure on you to take a job you are not sure about and most importantly we value your feedback.

We will give you up to date advice on salaries and future careers prospects & offer a personal service tailored to your needs.  We will take time to advise you on your CV and help you highlight your key strengths and abilities and what experiences you will bring to your new family.

Our aim is to establish long lasting relationships with nannies who register with us; therefore we do take an interest in you and strive to find you roles in which you are valued for the dedication you give our clients and their children.

And most importantly, we do not charge you a fee to find you a job.

Valid work permit 



Min 3 years Experience


At least 23 years old
