Where are we located?
- We are located in Geneva but we offer services in the whole Switzerland
How do I specify my location if I live in Switzerland?
- You specify it in your CV and in a note that you can leave when you apply.
How should I specify my location if I live abroad?
- Where you currently live, it is important for us to know where you are located the moment we take your application into consideration for the job. If you are a european citizen there shouldn’t be any problem applying from another country depending on the requirements.
Can I apply if I am not from an EU country or Swiss Canton?
- No you can’t, we are not able to process these applications

What documentation is required for applying?

● Your CV,

● At least 2 letters/contacts of reference from previous employers,

● An EU passport, valid work permit or Swiss ID,

● Diplomas in childcare or other if you have,

● Basic first aid certificate,

● A minimum 2 years of relevant work experience,

● Criminal clearance check.
Why are letters of reference essential?
- It is essential that we have these references or at least an existing previous employer to contact because this is part of our trust package to families, they need to know who you are, where you come from and how you have worked before. They trust you with what is most important for them, in return we help them gain this trust. - How do I submit my documentation? By applying through our job descriptions, one of our team members will contact you if you meet the job requirements and will ask it here.

Why is the birthdate necessary?
- Because we need to know if you have a long or a short experience to reply the family requirements the best we can.
How do I add my name and the position I am applying for?
- You apply your name on your CV as usual and you can directly apply to the jobs open on our website.
How do I indicate if I am available for a long-term or short-term position?
- You can indicate it in the note when you apply you have a specific slot for this otherwise directly in your documentations (CV or other). You also have this information directly mentioned in the job description, if you apply for a long term position we will know that this is what you are looking for and vice versa.
How can I specify if I want a part-time or full-time job?
- Same as before.
What if I am only available temporarily?
- Mention it in your CV and in the note for your application.

- A live-in position refers to a job where the employee resides on the employer's premises as part of the employment agreement. This arrangement typically includes accommodations and, in some cases, meals as part of the compensation package.
